That guy at the end who cautions everyone away from Luffy because he says he can't trust him 'cause he's a pirate, is exactly what is wrong with most of the world today. That guy and everyone who agreed with him are weak, mindless sheep that have no idea how to use their brains and their heart TOGETHER to already know the answer to his ridiculous question before he even asked it. Here's praying that people like that in the world will learn to not let fear blind them to truth. If they haven't figured it out here in 2022, they're gonna know if for sure by 2024

Re-watching this in dub truly re-emphasizes how tough it was to bring down Doffy. A lot of people currently don't even have him in the top 30 strongest characters but when you look at all that it took to beat him, even just physically, the dude is a beast. I am caught up and to this day, he is arguably the toughest non-emperor and non-admiral character in the verse to me.

True but watching naruto before than one piece made me realized how boring naruto was.I can agree not everything was bad but I didn't like naruto that much especially the ending cause you always knew what would have happened but with one piece fights firstly they show how strong the character is but then when it is a real fight they take it so slow what is up with that like when they showed luffy after two years but now look at him he has returned back to like he was before two years training.just wanted to share my thoughts with you but you will have trouble reading this

Well this is One Piece. The main fights are always long epics. If you want to see oneshot fights go watch Fairy Tail or Fullmetal AB.

You enjoyed every episode of FT and FMAB? Proves my point. And personally I don't have either of those series in my top 5. Too much damn oneshot fights, hardly any back and forth and they have too much quick story arcs. Also has forgettable backstories. OP story is much broader than that. But we're literally IN the FINAL saga right now so its honestly wasted energy to complain about wrapping up when that's what is happening. Oda is aiming at 2025 (manga) which means the anime might end around 2026. Though things might still go a couple years over. The genuine fans aren't whining. The genuine fans actually want it to go on longer.

For me, my standards aren't that low. If I enjoy majority of episodes or chapters in anything it sure as heck is making my top 10 at minimum. Otherwise you just made a loose statement. Fairy Tail in particular was absolute trash, especially in fights, after episode 48. To this day I haven't gone back to finish the anime after reading the full manga to realize it only gets worse after that. Oneshot fights and random power of friendship upgrades is what its known for. If thats the kind of stories you enjoy fine. But you'll never be a genuine OP fan since that is literally what is the backbone of the series. Lore, broad characters, adventure, top tier foreshadowing, dramatic backstories and epic fight scenes. All of this has been known from like 100 episodes in. We don't do stupid underwhelming and short end of arc fights here.

the longer an anime is the worst it gets. and i dont remember saying ft or fmab was in my top 10 lol. I was still able to enjoy the fight scenes. I dont care about it being oneshot cause at the end of the day we all know most of the time the main character is winning.
